Dr. Richard N. Speizer is a chiropractor and owner of Speizer Chiropractic. Dr. Speizer specializes in muscular skeletal problems, including lower back pain, headaches, and neck pain. He also works with personal injury cases such as auto- and work-related accidents. He attended Syracuse University, as well as Life Chiropractic College, where he received his degree in 1988. He has been practicing in the Atlanta area for nineteen years, and he is listed in the Consumers Book for Top Chiropractors in America 2004.
During the 1996 Olympics, Dr. Speizer worked with the track teams from Botswana, Uganda, and Namibia. He was the Official Chiropractor for the NFL Players Association, The Atlanta Attack, and the Atlanta Magic Professional Soccer teams. He has worked with Broadway shows such as N.Y.’s Radio City Music Rockettes, Cats, Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, 42nd Street, Guys & Dolls, La Cage aux Folles, Crazy for You, A Chorus Line, Hair, Jesus Christ Superstar, Annie, Rent, Movin Out, Dream Girls, Contact, Mama Mia! and many more.
Dr. Speizer recently worked with the Joffrey, Bolshoi, and Rotaru Ballets, the ATP Tennis Tour, Reebok Aerobic Championship, Pizza Hut, Racquetball Championship, and Bud Lite Jet Ski Championship.
Dr. Speizer is a member of the Academy of Sports Medicine, The Georgia Chiropractic Association Sports Council, The Federation Internationale’ De Chiropractique’ Sportive, The ACA Council for Sports Injuries and Physical Fitness, and received the American Chiropractic Association’s Distinguished Service Award in 1994. Dr. Speizer is the Founder and President of the Chiropractic Council for the Performing Arts.
